Reiki I includes learning the history of Reiki, Reiki Ethics and traditional hand positions for self treatment and treatment of others. You also receive an attunement, which enables you to focus Reiki on yourself and others. There is time for questions and answers and for you to practice Reiki on yourself and on other class members. You get a booklet to take with you that outlines the information covered in class. You receive a certificate stating that you are a Reiki I Practitioner. Classes include lunch.
