Getting Started

Entrepreneurs who are just starting their businesses have huge lists of tasks to accomplish. Many of those tasks are unfamiliar and some are even scary. It's hard to know how to prioritize. It's tempting to let the scary or boring stuff slide. There are few built-in systems of accountability, since it's often just you doing everything. I can help you figure out where to start and keep you doing the scary/boring but necessary tasks.

Established Businesses

Entrepreneurs whose businesses are established are so busy working IN their business that they have trouble making themselves take the time to work ON their business. Businesses without guiding vision from the owner will develop problems. I can help you prioritize working ON your business so you can build your systems, and take the overwhelm out of having an established business.

Building a Team

Knowing when to add people to your team is challenging. Adding the right people, assigning them the right duties, and then integrating them into your existing business is a whole other level of challenging. I can help you figure out which position to create first, whether to offer contractual or employee positions, and how to interview for the intangibles that you need (sense of humor, integrity, self starting).

Grow your Business

Business growth is difficult to manage. Grow too slowly and you are in financial trouble; grow too quickly and your systems crash leaving you overwhelmed and your customers underserved and unhappy. I can help you identify issues in your prospect pipeline, prioritize scaling your systems to handle growth, determine fees, and decide when you are full and need to open a wait list.

Annual Planning Retreat

What do you want to get done next year? What did you hope to get done this year? How's that going?

You can jump-start your business development with a thoughtfully prepared and well executed planning retreat. The end product is a clearly defined written strategy created specifically for your business. It includes:
   * measurable goals
   * interim steps toward those goals
   * due dates
   * a system in place to track progress
   * staff people (if you have them) who are excited about the goals and clear about their roles in          meeting them

Fees

A six-call coaching package in 2023 is $1,300.00. Rates are guaranteed until the end of the year.

Logistics
