There will be:
  • Dancing (optional)
  • Camaraderie with other women who are committed to building a life they actually want
  • Laughter
  • Coaching about how to say NO
For this event, you will need:
  • An internet connection and privacy
  • A fire-safe bowl and a container of water
  • a piece of paper and a pen
  • A match or lighter

Wearing Your Crown

We focus on remembering that we are each unique and worthy of honor and respect. We learn how to use healthy power in our lives and celebrate our sovereignty over our own life. 

You will learn:
  • to honor and respect your preciousness and sovereignty
  • the difference between healthy power and power over
  • the fun of owning your own life
  • why responsibility for your own life is difficult
We will also dance (optional), have fun, design our own crown in our imagination, have a coronation ceremony and support each other as we make commitments to practice what we've learned.

This is a 7-session online class that meets every other week.

Learn the habits and beliefs of women who are successful and happy. I did the research for you: I asked successful happy women what they do (example - setting boundaries) and what they avoid (example - time wasters) that add up to being happy and successful. This is a 7 - session course that meets every two weeks. There will be homework between sessions to help you incorporate new habits and choices into your life.
