Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes deep relaxation and the healing springs from that. The word Reiki is derived from two Japanese words  rei - spirit, miraculous, divine -and ki - vital energy, breath of life, consciousness - and is usually translated as universal life force energy. It is exceedingly gentle. People find it equally relaxing and revitalizing. 

Karuna Reiki ®

Karuna Reiki ® is particularly good at helping you deal with the aspects of yourself that you don't like or approve of. Karuna, translated from Sanskrit, means "to take compassionate action to diminish the suffering of others". As we mature spiritually, we learn that we are all connected with each other. We become aware that any decrease in anyone's suffering is of benefit to all. 

Crystal Healing

All ancient peoples recognized and used the energy held in crystals and stones. I use beautiful natural crystals to find and neutralize energy blocks and to encourage the free flow of energy through your body. Establishing balance in your energy system reduces stress and promotes equilibrium on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.
